Governance - By providing a centralised database architecture, all information can be easily managed and administrated.  This enables all information to be captured, managed, reported and analysed - essential for good Governance.  In addition, all functionality for a complete GRC approach is included, Risk Registars, Controlled Self Assessment, Audit Work Papers, and Audit Scheduling/Planning as well as powerful board reporting capabilities.

Risk Management - You are able to do a Self Assessment and/or Audit Assessment Approach of the Risks and associated mitigation/consequences to see how well these have been managed. A central library of risks is available for ASNZ 4360, COSO, and COBIT and these can be expanded to suit your unique requirements.
